Blackout Shades are just right
I was having a rough time getting the view from my projection monitor, and regular blinds just don’t do it. So if you are planning to go cheap and just get vertical blinds, don’t do it. I ended up getting blackout shades which made the room pretty dark. After that I had no troubles seeing the monitors.
There’s a lot of people that can’t afford blinds with the economy for sure, but if you can afford them you might as well get some sort of blackout blinds or shades if you want to cool your home down. I have noticed a difference in the electric bill in the summer, and I am liking the overall comfortability of these new shades. The great thing is that if my wife and I need some privacy we feel a bit safer as well. Knowing people won’t be trying to peep in on us.
Cool Glowing Contacts
I recently got an eye exam at Texas Eye Glass center. It was only after going to look at the different contacts that I realized there are tons of different colors of contacts that I could buy. So i asked my wife what she thought was the best color for my facial structure and my hair color. OK call me weird or whatever, but I thought it would just be cool to get some contacts that got some looks.
So what shall I get? I was thinking about glow in the dark contact lenses which some people feel are totally inappropriate for where I work. I think anyone that is a farmer for a living in Texas is going to look at me funny, but oh well. I am comfortable with it.
Tony Gonzalez trade
The Bills are looking at a Tony Gonzalez trade that would involve 3 other players. That looks to be some serious stuff. A few of the candidates that could be involved may be Larry Johnson and even Damon Huard. These guys will need to get their stuff ready and be ready to play for another team should they be called.
Thinking about the Tony Gonzalez trade brings to my mind the fact that these guys get paid millions to just live anywhere and play for anyone if its in their contract. But hey, for millions of dollars its not a bad gig right?
Casey Anthony grand jury
The Casey Anthony grand jury case is underway today. Prosecutors are wanting to get an indictment for the murder of Caylee Anthony. There has been more evidence showing that there is a reason for them to charge her with murder. I am obviously in no position to judge here, but its sad what this world has come down to. People seem to not care for their children like they should, or even try to cover up things they have done to them. I can’t say for sure with the Casey Anthony grand jury case, but the evidence seems to be piling up.
Boss day 2008
Well folks, get ready for boss day 2008 which is on Thursday October 16th. There will be plenty of reasons to love your boss right? Maybe not, but apparently people felt it necessary to have a day for bosses. I think the funny thing will be the people that end up quitting on boss day 2008. If your job just downright sucks, I dare you to tell your boss you don’t appreciate him making it harder for you to do it.
Remember its better to be happy and jobless than be in miserable job.
Bobby Bones Vanessa Hudgens vacation pictures
Looks like Bobby Bones and Vanessa Hudgens vacation pictures are coming out of the woodwork. These two had a blast on a beach vacation. I am not sure if that’s really true stuff or if he and his crew are up to some more mischief, but people sure are looking up the phrase.
I am sure a lot of guys would love to go on vacation with Vanessa Hudgens. If its true then I guess my question is how did a person like him get with someone like her. She must have made a big mistake.
geforce 9400 m
People are wooing over the geforce 9400 m which will be put into the new Mac laptop computers. This GPU has a 32 graphics core and is the first change that Apple is making. If it were me the first change would not be putting in a geforce 9400 m graphics card, but rather the price of the macbooks. I think they are way overpriced, and every macbook lover out there loves paying the stupid prices.
If you are in the market for getting an Apple, you might as well just get an older one. They pretty much do the same thing.
Richard Cooey execution
It appears that a lot of people are talking about the Richard Cooey execution. The man named Richard Cooey was lethally injected this morning at about 10:45 AM. Richard Cooey was an Ohio death row inmate that was trying to win over the Supreme Court’s decision by saying that he was too overweight to be executed. What a joke if you ask me. Who is going to say they are too big to get executed? A disparate man obviously.
Richard Cooey has been in jail since he was 17 years old for the death of 2 college students. He was 41 years of age when he was executed. Obviously this is a big deal since most people are not sentenced to execution
