Blackout Shades are just right

I was having a rough time getting the view from my projection monitor, and regular blinds just don’t do it. So if you are planning to go cheap and just get vertical blinds, don’t do it. I ended up getting blackout shades which made the room pretty dark. After that I had no troubles seeing the monitors.

There’s a lot of people that can’t afford blinds with the economy for sure, but if you can afford them you might as well get some sort of blackout blinds or shades if you want to cool your home down. I have noticed a difference in the electric bill in the summer, and I am liking the overall comfortability of these new shades. The great thing is that if my wife and I need some privacy we feel a bit safer as well. Knowing people won’t be trying to peep in on us.
